1. Returns |

For dog clothes, collars, leashes, toys and accessoires, you may return the items you ordered in 15 days after receiving the order. Please contact us first before making any returns.
No refunds or returns are accepted on all pet beds orders except wrong items or damaged items. |

We are required to charge state, county local sale tax based on your state regulations. |
| 3. Damaged Merchandise |
|
Damaged merchandise must be reported within 15 days of receipt (carriers will not honor claim after 15 days). Do not return merchandise yourself. Keep original carton and all packing materials and contact us at returns@comfortpetsonline.com. |

All in stock merchandise is subject to prior sales. Availability is not quaranteed. If out of stock, we will back order unless otherwise requested not to. |
| 5. Shipping Delivery |

Dog clothes, collars, leashes, toys and accessoires will be deliveried via USPS Priority Mail in 2 - 3 business days after payments are clear.
Pet beds: Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. All large orders will be shipped UPS ground. |
